>>1628304It's true, cities are very toxic environments save for a few in Scandinavia. Most are dumps unless you make a decent amount of money, especially here in the US. I hope personally I can find a lifestyle that doesn't require city living, or commuting to one. Urbanites seem to attack everything - they sway the vote of every state with a major city to blue, they vote to take away freedoms that they themselves do not understand (Such as the right to bear arms.) They vote to raise taxes astronomically to force ineffective environmental policy instead of living sustainably on their own. And worst of all, Democrats steal land through eminent domain claims in the name of public works, as well as Republicans. Sometimes I wish I could get away from it all. Maybe it's high time for an /out/ homestead.
