They both lost their leaves. The bergamot should survive, the branches are still green and flexible even if they look bad. The calamondin looks like this (picture not mine). I read that if leaves fall quickly on their own then the wood might not be dead, but I don't know, I never had to deal with freeze shock like this.
The mikan and yuzu trees surivived the winter easily, if by the end of may the other two plants are still stuck I'll replace them with those.
