I was fucking around with my knife carving some dumb shit and thought “hmm maybe I shouldn’t put so much pressure at this angle because it might slip” and sure enough it slipped like a second later. The knife went in at an angle too, so it was more like a filet than a normal cut. I would ha move used my normal stitch kit but I could see the tendon so I was like fuck it I’m not risking lifelong finger damage to feel a little badass.
