I picked several pounds of decorative squash. I still haven't eaten all the others. I've been fixing stir fries like mad lately. the cool thing is these are all volunteers and I'm leaving some on to have seeds for next year.

>>195430They come out whole with the peelings. It isn't a chopper. The auger screw in the middle just squeezes everything. The soft things pass through the screen and the hard stuff exits out the end. There are 3 screen sizes. The one with the smallest holes is for berries because of their small seeds. The one with the largest holes is for stuff like pumpkin. For apples, I use the screen with middle-sized holes.
Right now, I'm designing a pulley and motor system I can attach to the Squeezo for when there's a ton of stuff to process.
