Completely new to this and need help by someone that’s not trying to influence me with affiliate links. I’m in North Carolina so it swings for 26 degree lows to mid-50s highs. I feel like I’m not able to regulate my body temp well. I’m 5’10”, 150 pounds. I normally wear a slim medium in clothes but can wear a small and things still fit. The reason I bring this up my size is that I don’t understand how you should properly layer size-wise. Specifically, should I wear a tight close to skin base layer under a looser base layer? Should the base layer be short sleeve or long sleeve?
How do you layer /out? No need to mention brands unless you feel compelled. I’m more concerned about fit and function. Thank you all.
