Fought the fucker for 3 minutes and he was still making huge runs and then my split ring bent out and he got away with my treble but at least I got my lure back.
Still super pissed off. That was supposed to be the first fish on my new lure. I even had a dream about split rings the other day - subconscious trying to tell me.
