Not as much as I should since cancer runs like crazy in my family. Uncle died of skin cancer at like 40. Also I just moved to Miami and the sun here hits different.
I hate sunscreen but my mom and gf harp on me so I only use it when they're around.
If I'm outside for a long time, like kayaking or fishing, I'll hit my neck and face with SPF 100, but I'll cover up with a longsleeve fishing shirt and some light khakis or something.
I'm naturally pretty pale, but I always get a really bad burn at the beginning of summer, and then I just turn dark bronze after after that. Thanks Native American grandpa
