Cut a hole in your van and put a can in it.
"Air Movers" are like industrial fans that work VERY well. It's what I use in my garage on hot days.
Frankly your van needs insulation if you're going to be living in it. I'm assuming it's a money thing, but you can get insulation pretty cheap.
If it's too hot for you, instead of sleeping in the van you might have better lucky closer to the ground. Set up a tarp or awning and cowboy camp with a sleeping pad on the ground.
Back to air movers.If you put a cut in your van for the exhaust of pic rel, it will have no problem sucking the air out of your van and putting it outside. Keep your front two windows open a little so there's and intake and the circulation will help a lot.
