>>647662So funny story. I knew I had a gift coming Friday from your post. I didn't know what it was, but I was leaving for an overnight stay in my hammock, and was waiting for the package to arrive to maybe use it on my night outside.
I didn't have any decent food to eat. I had packed up some shells n' cheese, and a few other things, but didn't have a great backpacking meal.
So I'm waiting around for UPS, but they haven't come yet. Decide to just leave and head out. At the end of my driveway I run into the UPS truck and he hands me my package.... low and behold, what is it? 4 Mountain House meals.... exactly what I needed.
Ended up taking a Chicken and Mashed potatoes for dinner and it was actually really good, and sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast which I always enjoy.
Anyways Anon, thanks for the awesome gift. Really made my trip better, and I have 2 more awesome meals for next trip.
