Any vigilante approach here is gonna fall back on you, be it legal action, broken windows, keyed car, etc. Don't shit where you eat. Get some neighbors riled up about it, then write a letter to the relevant town employee with a handful of signatures on it. You can play dumb, exaggerate the scale of the problem, and make it sound like a number of kids are doing this. Anyone could have told you the cops wouldn't give a fuck about something petty like this. Play it up and put pressure on the right people.
