The longer the scenario, the more cannibalism will resemble a bad game of minesweeper- the later in the time, the more likely whomever you find may have had other human at some point.
The best thing to do is to treat it as a last resort, and if you must eat someone, wait until something else kills them, so you at least have their manpower on your side while they're living and get a feel for their diet to hopefully avoid the issue above (Also morally the best way to go about it, murdering just for somebodies meat is poor reason if there are any other food sources).
Aside from physical consequences, regardless of how much of an edgy fuck anyone considers themselves to be now, it'll mess you up mentally, and that's the last thing anyone needs when dealing with whatever elements of cause and effect are present with everything else.
