>>597086>go camping>rains like fuck 2nd night, 50mm or something stupid>have to get home on the last day even though the weather has been cloudy and showery since the last big rain>5km twisty, wet clay track to get back to gravel road and therefore, home>am driving a shitty Ford XF 2WD Ute and towing a boat full of camping shit>every corner has half a foot of muddy water pooled at the lowest point, barely enough room to pass them while staying on the track>can feel the ute sliding into them every time>pic related and keep avoiding it by some miracle>make it to gravel road/gate of national park>guy with a lifted as fuck 4WD coming other way pulls me over>looks my mud covered ute and trailer up and down and with a straight face asks me if it's safe to drive around in the park>yeahnahshe'llberightmate.jpgWas so much fun but scary as fuck at the same time, it's a long way to walk to find help and was worried about someone coming along and stealing all my shit if I had to abandon the car there for a few days until the track dried out.
