There's a rain cover stored in a compartment in the bottom, it has a heavy one that actually zips around the pack but also a light elastic one too. It's good shit †bh. Bigger than it looks which is good for me because the last pack I got (from a lovely and generous anon in the Secret Santa thread) didn't fit me because I'm too tall, so the hip strap didn't line up right. This pack is fully adjustable so unless you're 7ft or 3ft tall it'll work well.
