My clothing will consist of X (X=3+) sets of underwear (boxers, socks, shirt for summer, long underpants, wool socks and winter shirt for winter), all packed in small Ortlieb packs to keep shit organized. Wool underwear is my favorite for winter, as it keeps clean if you let it breathe in the air when you don't wear it and you can brush out earth stains. I own two thermo pants from the Netherlands which I got for 1,50€ each and they are awesome, yet I won't need them for the most time now. I will get some Brynje garn for summer, as it seems to be very effective both in winter and summer, both in cooling/drying and care.
Over that I will wear a full flecktarn set (pants, shirt, jacket, boonie) and an olive/brown set (only pants and shirt) for the times I go into dense urban areas where people might become trouble when walking around "dressed like a soldier" *cough* My boots are a comfy pair of Meindl Island boots, I have an austrian shoe maintenance kit with me that has everything in it. I also will have Swiss Eye Raptor sun glasses and some net scarf.
What I am still missing is a First Aid kit, maybe a vest to get shit in reach when carrying my backpack and not being able to reach stuff at the belt because I have the hip strap on. I thought of a condor vest but I wonder if I actually need it. Has anyone recommendations for insect protection? The two main things I hate about summer are constant heat (which one can manage) and insects (well, yeah).
I also think about gettin a camel back (my backpack has a bag extra for inserting a water bladder) and a water filter (ceramic would be best I think, I will prolong the life with fine coffee filters so there is almost no dirt in the water to be filtered). I have a 1l steel water bottle, but fuck me carrying more than one of those around. Not a friend of plastic, but I read up on that and some plastics are actually okay. Nalgene sounds like a good choice, but they only have up to 1,5l bottles if I remember correctly.
