>>2758843Honestly I wouldn't trade where I live for anywhere. The plants and trees alone are better than anywhere else in the east I know of. The harsh winters up north just limit the plant growth so much. But then again I don't hike or anything I basically live in the woods and spend my free hours in them everyday. The only time I really make a trip I just take a quick drive to go sit on the beach on the gulf and there's a creek with a bunch of blue holes down the road I kayak on sometimes.
If I was into hiking on the weekends or something maybe it would be different and I would want to live in a place with mountains and stuff.
