This is my current short trip loadout. It's a good pack, given it's not loaded to heavy, cause then it hangs on butt and is very uncomfortable.
I attach milsurp haversack on the front where I carry water and quick-use items, it helps keeping weight balance in the middle. Waist belt can be installed too, it helps a bit.
