Does there exist some rule based on superstition about taking stuff from abandoned buildings like there is with taking stuff from the ocean--not sure if this is even really a thing, I just heard it once (don't remember where) and it stuck with me.
I've seen at least two videos where people go exploring abandoned buildings and come out with epic loot, such as this one here:

Also, unrelated tangent, but have you ever gone urban exploring as part of a group, and then run into another group doing the same? Does one group start chasing the other, or do you just nod and move past one another?
