As to your question, I'd seen banf and Jasper, they're pretty awesome but a bit too touristy. The real gems that I think you can agree with are areas that are hard for the average normie to get access too. So with that, I would recommend Nahanni National Park in the northwest territories. It's a bit extreme and there are legends and documented accounts of people going missing with their heads missing, but it's awesome. Picrel
