Back has been bothering me so I'm replacing some BJJ with climbing. (actually have a bouldering wall at my job/gym too).
Was lifting previous to this week as I decided to take it off since I was climbing more. Was planning on making my lifting a bit milder. Joined a fitness gym on the side to put some muscle on and do some body building style training. The gym also had a climbing wall and fell in love with that. The body building was also really burning me out with the BJJ training (And climbing). Deciding to do more climbing instead of lifting and make the lifting pretty joint friendly.
Did sat/sun last weekend - Have done Tues/Fri/Sat this week, Have only done 6 BJJ sessions this week.
It's my right arm, so I think maybe I just need to masturbate less. Unless that counts as prehab due to high volume.
What sort of technical deficiency would cause me to put more strain on my elbow? I know it could be different things, but is it more likely from pulling too much with the arms? Or maybe I'm not used to hanging on straight arms as much (not a technical deficiency as far as I understand)?
