you can buy low temp gas (coleman xtreme, msr all season, jet boil 4 season mix).
or a stove with a regulator (such as the soto windmaster or the msr pocket rocket.)
a regulator gives you consistent gas flow pretty much regardless of temperature.
regulator stove coupled with low temp gas you are good down to -30c and even very high altitudes.
personally i can say the soto windmaster is excellent. i've used it in really awful conditions.
the detachable pot support is good. it allows you to have a very large pot stand but in a compact package when packed away. and it's not like it's difficult to attach them. takes literally 1 second.
my only complaint is that it's quite a tall stove so once you have a pot on the burner it can be quite top heavy, which can be annoying on uneven ground.
