Wife and I purchased a home on 6 mostly wooded acres just outside a town of ~20,000. There’s open space around the house. I carved out a 30x30 garden, fenced off basically the entire property with 6 foot Oklahoma steel welded wire fencing, and have an old shed/chicken coop that needs repairs. My goal is to have the chicken coop part of the shed finished by next spring to get some Chickens. Renovate the inner room to keep 2 Turkeys, and turn the completely dilapidated drive thru vehicle storage area on the left side of the shed into a goat pen. I’ve got the wood I needed to start part 1 of the repairs but we have a winter storm coming through so I’ll have to wait a week or so to get started. After that I’ll be making a large, completely enclosed run area for the chickens as we’ve got lots of hawks and owls. I’ve got a broken down 1980’s Ford 1510 tractor, and a brand new Kubota SCL1000 I use for work. It ain’t much, but it’s all I sneed
