Despite the height and weight (33.5cm, 2.3kg) they're super comfy - I bearly notice them, minimal sweating and nothing feels in the way. Only did some breaking in so far (wearing around the house, gardening, light day hikes) but planning to do another Alpine hike next year, went well in the KSK3000 2 years ago aside from the slightly numb toes from them being too small
