Unsure which board to post on.
We live in a relatively secluded woodland area with a pair of roe deer residing a few meters away from us (pic related is one of them)
This morning one of them approached our house & my father was able to touch him, he noticed the animal had a limp. A few minutes ago I was able to have a better look & it seemed like his right front legs joint was somewhat fucked. Still able to 3 leg it, but hardly seemed comfortable.
What's the proper thing to do here? I'm fairly sure vets arn't allowed to treat them.
Do we just let nature take its course or contact a hunting family.
Thanks /out/, if this is not the proper place to ask, please redirect me.
