My kids had this issue until I started making them goto inside the convenience store alone to buy their candy and then they got their first job. Covid really set them in the wrong path and the guy above is right, cause when I was a dumb ass teen, no one cares is what woke me up.
Most people are trapped in their own world wondering what the next zing on their phone tells them. You think they are watching, but you're not cause you're not that important to them. Even people watching at a mall would show you that, and that's the place people generally people watch each other. You may pass someone's mind for ten whole seconds before Jan tells them to pick up goydonalds for dinner.
Is the problem that you are fat and self conscious? The only solution to that is going outside. Look in the mirror and accept your flaws (monstrosities). Your life will be much better fulfilling goals than letting strangers dictate them.
Realize every other growing person has had to face your predicament. No one will want to look at you unless you're a whale, a tyranny, or chad.
