Who /mushroom/ here? Have you ever managed to grow a supposedly temperate species in the tropics? Specifically Lion's Mane. I saw a couple articles and papers about growing it in Malaysia, where the average daytime temp is something like 30°C. I quote,
>After 2 months of spawn run at 27±2 to 32±2°C at a mushroom farm (Ganofarm Ltd., Tanjung Sepat, Selangor, Malaysia), approximately 300 g of fresh fruit body per 800 g of substrate was harvested.
Thing is the "usual" sources state 24°C as the spawn run temp. I suppose the shroom's temp range could just be poorly documented and nobody figured you could do this. I'll try doing PF cakes at 30°C and see how it goes.
