Which reminds me, I really should start using Carolina rigs more. I have some lakes where the bigger bass like to sit out nice and deep so I have to load up the memecaster with 1/2oz+ to get to them and it ends up pulling the bait down into the mud so fast. I think a Carolina rig would def give the bait better action and help keep it suspended a few inches from the bottom.
