>>574759yeah, the weather was really warm. its one of many setups i tried out.
camp bed under a tarp (summer) = open plan. the bed is a little heavy ( couple of kilos ) not often i take it. but it does make for comfy sleeping as it`s hard to fine a good flat area of ground. i`m limited as to where i can pitch camp due to it being private land with no permission (i`m VERY stealthy with my DIY camo ghillie and camo tarp).
-------------------------------------------------
bivi bag + sleeping bag + tarp sheet roof = spring / austumn setup. (very light setup for sleeping under low trees = good rain cover / stealthy ).
-------------------------------------------------
popup tent + sleeping bag + bivi bag = winter setup ( light weight / easy transportation. i`m able to hide amongst small trees / bushes )

PIC = WINTER PHOTO OF FROST WHERE I GO CAMPING ( testing out my phone camera settings) approx. - 2 to 5 Celcius in ENGLAND WOODLAND
