For any practical uses, anything that'll break up a silhouette is usually good - a net with some vegetation works great. You can also use those cheap chinese nets with fake leaves, and add real vegetation on top. I think some of the very fine digi camos are supposed to be really good, but I don't like them quite as much from an aesthetic standpoint.
