I transfer the sauce from it’s jar to a repurposed plastic ketchup bottle to prevent breakage and allow me to squirt it directly onto the crust. Toppings go into a couple ziplock baggies. Eggplant, Thai pepper, mushroom and feta cheese turns out really nice...
Since that photo was taken I’ve upgraded the oven with a small wire rack that suspends the pizza off the bottom of the oven and allows it to cook more evenly without the danger of burning the bottom of the crust.
