Canada beats USA and Russia in most quantifiable standards for living. Whether it's income equality, education, safety. Canada is also the more socially progressive country of the options. Canada has more wilderness than the USA. But it's a big place, and different locations will be good for different things. Same could be said about the other two. Do you want to live in a city or more rural area?
However, the USA does have more types of environments than Canada. But i you want to go some place "cold" well Canada has more to offer than USA in that regard.
Russia probably has cool out shit, but never been there. Better public transport though. Also least obese option.
