What should i bring other than the obvious?
I am not a complete beginner, as i was in the Australian army 10 years ago but this will be the first time ever, alone, as a civillian, without a logistical support, in a country with bears.
Really my goal is to be away from people, catch and cook my own food (probably fish given gun laws here) and just fucking chill. Maybe set up a telescope.
I have an entrenching tool, hatchet, and probably some other semi-useful stuff in a footlocker. Pretty sure my bivy is fucked though.
