i found a job on facebook from one my hippy friends working at her lab refining oil. THC oil! the company split up and i didnt want to work with solvents anymore so i moved to the packaging side where theyve been slowly fazing out the higher paid employees and hiring 1099 contract workers.
recently my job gave me two weeks notice on a demotion and paycut . i run a machine that puts soda in bottles , it is very finicky and a week in they are now asking me to train a lower paid 1099 contractor to take my job. i was thinking of asking my boss "can i have a daily bonus that reflects the quality of training ill be providing"
theyre going to be rebuilding the machine in 6 weeks so ill also tack on. "or how about you guys keep me at my current payrate until you guys rebuild the machine"
