>>2081823Politicians in OR/WA have never left the city. State will vote against you every time if you are on the east side of the Cascades, and some parts of SW Oregon.
Areas have been finding dozens of ways to try and leave the state for 80 years now. State of Jefferson, State of Liberty, now Greater Idaho vote next month is probably the best chance to avoid secession and push toward becoming part of another state.
Lots of areas in East Oregon are desert compared to the British like weather in the west cascades. Places like Umatilla are an exception and beautiful pockets that are very /out/. Love Ochocos as well.
Oregon is way less populated than Washington, and bigger. Washington's laws look worse for going out. I'd consider BC as well, because even though laws suck, it is big enough to get away from the bs and still be in the British like weather.
Suffice, even if it is only 10% or less i'd go to Greater Idaho in a second many Oregon counties left as its focus would be making Idaho more of a rural super area.
