I don't mind UL in general except for the faggot that take it way too far and drill holes in toothbrushes and snip tags everygodamnwhere. At a certain point the UL hiker is more concerned about getting their weight down then spending time out. Like the enjoyment comes from cutting the baseweigjt the under 7 pounds and feeling elitist instead of just going the fuck outside.
I've also ran into ULers on trails and they are typically not very personable. They never stay anywhere very long, they hike like they're in a damn rush and they seem to feel too elite to talk to normies.
