>>2760008I will def get it done I have just been swamped lately. Weathers been unforgiving lately and I’ve been playing catch up for a couple of weeks. Rest assured I want some videos of Rudy’s run waddle to live on for posterity.
>>2760023I said something that pissed him off and honestly I tend to spout off on here so it could have been anything. The truly ironic part is I gave some great advice for anyone to help improve themselves but that sad piece of shit won’t ever follow it.
I’ll drop it again because I’m in that kind of mood. If you want to not be a huge fatass it seems impossible to change.
It’s really not. Eat less food. Exercise more. Drink more water. Make small sustainable changes over time. Don’t eat food between meals or if you think you need to ask yourself “do I want an apple?” If the answer isn’t yes you are not really hungry your just eating to fill a void. Don’t eat food in your car or buy food where your buy your gas or lawn furniture. More vegetables less meat but not no meat, we’re omnivores for a reason.
When I graduated from college I weight 313lbs. I was always active and played football and did track all through college and have coached both, but I’ve always been a big fella. About ten years ago I started trying to get serious about it and at my lowest weight I was at 189. I’ve been able to maintain at 200-215lbs for 8 years or so now.
Eat less. Drink water. Go outside.
