There is an interesting topological curiosity 2 hours from me.
It's a large sinkhole at 1270 meters altitude in the Alps that is the coldest place in Europe. I've thought about going there when the weather is right for it. It's also a 4 1/2 kilometer hike with 800 meters of elevation gain to get there, so quite a demanding one. I really want to know what it's like there.
