Basically young guy tries to live in a cabin for the winter. Brings lots of supplies, hunts, etc. His problem ended up being that he couldn't find jack shit. Nothing was around in the dead of winter. Dude almost starved, lost a lot of weight but survived. Talked to some old timer after it was all done and the guy basically said yeah he needed double the supplies he had and yeah hard to hunt in the winter when nothing is around and hibernating/hunkering down.
