It is a long trip from Austria to Lappland when not flying in. I am glad you went. It is an amazing area. If you like the birch forest it is an impressive scenery in the autum. All the way through september the landscape changes colour to yellow and red and then to brown. The skies are deep blue and there is a certain freshnes in the air and no mosquitos. Wonderfull. And the berries. I could go on. But it can get chilly during the nights. Pic related
