I need to see if I can find a before pic, but I got sick of the sticker residue on my hatchet, and used the wrong goo gone stripping the shit lacquer finish too. So decided fuck it, stripped and sanded down to 400 grit, coated in BLO. The shit paint was chipped and trashy so I sanded it all off the blade and brought it to 400 grit, then applied super blue to the blade.
Now she's sharpened up and ready for some wood.
