I saw ~300 lb women sitting on the stoops of their trailers and listened to men converse with a series of grunts I was unable to decipher.
I guess I shouldn't criticize politics too much, but I was at least a little peeved at signs reading:

Also, many families own guard dogs, which is totally cool, except for the fact that a large fraction of them don't seem to understand where their yard ends, and will happily chase cyclists several hundred yards down the road.
