A tarp may be more bulky but would be way better than that POS "life tent"that would tear too easily, and you can sinch it to the outside of the bag. Need better rope. I'd opt for a more low-profile bag, having something overtly larpy would make people suss of you in general, might make you a target for looping. also bruh you have a hatchet and a saw, you don't need a commando knife. opt for a mid-size knife like a mora (or a jääkäripuukko if you like muh tactical looks).
a few extras i'd add is more sources of fire, a better snare kit (that looks like flimsy chink shit), add some rubbish bags to your poncho to keep essentials dry and some equipment for cooking. you can fit a small rocket stove and wire mesh cooking plate in the space you saved by getting rid of the life tent.
