Try to get an echo done to assess the damage. In the meantime try not to do anything that might stress it (this includes anything that requires you to flex your fingers under stress, such as pull-ups, weightlifting or hangboarding (obviously)).
I've had two full a2 pulley ruptures (worst case scenario) and it took me give or take 6 months for each of them until I could resume climbing at my limit again. 6 months might seem long (it is) but it's better than a poorly healed pulley which will hinder your climbing ability for a long long time.
