I recomend a light 30-30 carbine, sportorized military bolt action or even a SKS. Something light and handy without optics. Too many fags in your area, cary it in a lightweight gun slip or similer so they can't say shit.
Recently around my area a number of women have been chased and sexually assaulted by multiple different creepers. No excuse for that behavior either by the creeper or the victims.
