The pockets are perfect (big one ideally fits a 500ml beer 4-pack :P) there are a few small ones, one long one for long thin objects, & tiny ones, and you can attach something to the bottom using straps, like small tarp or umbrella.
I just took a strap from old laptop bag, it was shipped without one.
Perfect for quick-access items when you don't wan't to have to take off your backpack too often.
Czechoslovakian one is awsome too, is rubberised but hass less pockets. Some fag stole it from me. Curious to see how NVA hoversack is.
