These are my chard and cauliflower.
Germinated them a few weeks ago. They got leggy for a while being outside in a shaded greenhouse, we had 9 days of rain at that point. I put them inside under the lights and have been trying to get them "healthy" looking again. They do well a few days inside, I then put them out for an hour or so and back inside. I add some time to them each day outside. When I get to around 4-5 hours they really start to suffer. I'm not sure if the sun is too strong for them, it really has felt very hot lately.
I asked this in the last thread but my broccoli is starting to do this as well. I'm thinking in the covered greenhouse with a fan on them possibly?
