- kinda expensive real estate
West:
+ Lviv, center of ukrainian culture, incredible Carpatians, devine nature, hospitable indigenous.
- not all people can speak any language beside native.
East:

- war with Russia on Donbass.
South:

- expencive to stay here. some hostels can be even more pricy then in Turkey or Egypt. maybe people even will try to scam you.
