The barn-style Tuff Sheds start at $16k for a 12x20 with a loft, but if you start adding windows or cement siding that price goes up.
Then it’s up to the buyer to install plumbing and electrical himself, then a floor, insulation, and drywall (or paneling if you want to go even cheaper/easier). It’s the most realistic solution.
