Everything north of Columbus is flat and boring, but to the south and east we have some of the most amazing hills, trails and sights that you'll see east of the Mississipi

Depends on the route you take. As a native Ohioan I'd encourage you to check out places in Hocking Hills, such as Old Man's Cave. Conkle's Hollow is near Old Mans, but has a shorter (but gorgeous) trail that you three should be able to handle. Lot's of cliffs with great views, pic related when I visited last Spring.
