I prefer the old style twist caps on the 0xx series saws too. I'd love to trade out those damn flippy caps on my MS460.
Pic related is an 024 Super I'm rebuilding. I bought it as a parts saw for $80 but it may just need a new piston/rings. Looks like the previous owner straight-gassed it.
Do you have a wider selection of used saws over in Europe? Dolmar, Jonsered, and Husky to a lesser extent are not easy to find in the US, especially used.
