>>604347Just weighed it with the stuff sack and all the extra odds and ends it comes in at just under two pounds. I've done about a dozen burn tests and burns crazy hot when its gasifying the wood, but it holds coals and keeps them hot for like a half an hour sometimes longer. My old one didn't do that so it was kind of a pleasant surprise. After its completely spent all that's left is white ash. This is my old one the first time I took it out. It was much lighter but also much less durable. I had basically wanted to see how cheap and fast I could build one. So i just used tin cans a bar key and tin snips. Took about a half an hour, but it had lots of sharp edges and it was easy to tip over.
